Team Check-In Process

Normal team check-in time and date is Friday 7/28, 5pm to 9pm at the Lititz Area Mennonite School (LAMS) 1050 E. Newport Rd., Lititz PA which is the tournament headquarters. You can check the “Maps” on the website for specific address and location. Enter the building to the right as you face the building, off the new large parking area.

We offer Electronic Registration.

This is convenient and easy and we hope as many teams as possible take advantage of this opportunity. See the instruction sheet for this process.

Since we offer electronic registration, we will not be providing Saturday Check-ins. If you have any questions about this process please email Bob Sandkuhler at:

NOTE: ALL teams MUST check-in at Tournament Headquarters! You CANNOT check-in at any other venues.

  • All teams must have a valid and association approved team roster, player passes, and medical releases.
  • You can only use your 2016-2017 Roster and Player Passes. 2017-2018 USYSA Roster and Player Passes are not valid until 8/1/2017 so we cannot accept them.
  • You do not need to use the tournaments medical release and they do not need to be notarized. You can use whatever medical release you already have.
