TEAM CHECK-IN PROCESS
Normal Team Check in time and date is Friday 7/27 5pm to 9pm at the Warwick Middle School which is the tournament headquarters. You can check the "Maps" on the website for specific address and location. Enter the building to the right as you face the building, off the new large parking area.
-If you would like a Saturday check-in, you can do that with prior approval and it must be done at least 2 hours before your first game. If you want a Saturday check-in, please email Bob Sandkuhler at rjsandkuhler@armstrong.com
-ALL teams MUST check-in at Tournament Headquarters! You CANNOT check-in at any other venues.
-All teams must have a valid and association approved team roster, player passes, and medical releases.
-You can only use your 2011-2012 Roster and Player Passes. 2012-2013 USYSA Roster and Player Passes are not valid until 8/1/12 so we cannot accept them.
-You do not need to use the tournaments medical release and the do not need to be notarized. You can use whatever medical release you already have.
