In preparation for the coming Lititz Summer Showcase, we have listed below a timeline of events for you, as well as some pertinent information related to tournament operations. Please make sure you are aware of these dates, and take any actions necessary, to be ready for the start of the Lititz Summer Showcase.

Application Deadline: Sunday, June 25th, at 10:00pm

Payment Deadline: Monday, June 26th
(If you would like to change your payment method from “pay by check” to “pay by credit card” then please email lsstournament@gmail.com)

Accepted Teams List Posted:  Monday, June 26th, by 10:00pm

E-Waivers Available:  Tuesday, June 27th, by 10:00pm

Coaching Conflict Resolution Form Due: Friday, June 30th, by 10:00pm

Schedule Released: Thursday, July 6th, by 10:00pm

Online Team Registration Materials & Waivers Due:  Sunday, July 9th, by 10:00pm

Field Maps Updated & Posted:  Thursday, July 13th, by 10:00pm

Lititz Summer Showcase Kick-off:  Saturday, July 22nd, 8:00am
